This is a very nice coffee shop well located on Wilmslow Road.the shop is small but very comfortable and is obviously busy for a good reason.the staff are very good and friendly.it is wheel chair accessible.there is public transport very close to the shop.definately recommend the coffee.

Honestly, the atmosphere in this coffee is the best! I regularly come here to study or work and it?s absolutely amazing! I totally recommend! The prices r a bit high ofc as any other coffee shop in UK but I still recommend it tbh!

Toilet?s key at the till!!
Whenever you use the toilet you have to bring the key to cashier next to food and coffee!!!!

The muffin cake, especially the blueberry one, is really special in this place. Of course, the only thing I can say about the coffee is that they are masters of coffee in this specialty.

A nice and cosy caffè nero branch. 3 staff members were working and although there were quite a few customers, the lone barista who was the main one brewing the drinks was doing an extremely efficient job.
I ordered an iced pistachio latte and for someone who is not an avid drinker of coffee, preferring tea instead, I quite liked this drink. I could not taste the pistachio flavour syrup however, which is the only reason I?d give an overall 4* review rather than 5*. Another staff member who then went to assist the initially lone barista kindly offered to also heat up my toastie, but as I was planning to have it later I kindly declined their offer.
Extremely impressive and again, efficient service with which I left very happy. Small things all add up and I was also given a spoon in my bag to take away my food options. Total was £11.60 for all the items, it will cost a bit more if you decide to order a drink to drink inside however. Will definitely be returning to this branch. Thank you.
Vegetarian options: Lots of milk alternatives offered as well as clear labelling on food dishes with allergens and suitability for both vegetarian and vegan diets.

It's the worst atmosphere ever. All nero cafes are extremely freezing. There is no apparent reason why these cafes use the air-conditioning to freeze their shops. Every single customer takes the coffee wearing their coats as if they are outside in the cold. This is not a way to enjoy your coffee.
One more serious reason that one can't enjoy their coffee at nero cafes is that the coffee cools down insanely fast, and that's because of the freezing air-conditioning.

The most friendly staff, I like cafe Nero?s coffee& I appreciate customer service at this cafe . I believe all staffs love?s their job and happy to be there . they are friendly and they makes nice coffee. all the staff nice especially Sara & Julia .Thank you all for making me feel welcomeAll the time I visited cafe Nero I would say customer service 10/10

I been in this caffe yesterday. I have to say that had one of the best service and coffee since long time. The manager there is a very lovely young woman who made my day. She helped me to find space to charge my laptop and served me amazing coffee. She offered me pistachio cake which tasted delicious with my cappuccino.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!! Ordered a panini, waited 15 minutes and after not having it brought over, asked if they had forgotten about it, I was then rudely accused of already having eaten it and trying to scam them into giving me another one???? She then went into the back and pulled some 8-bit security footage of me taking my friends sausage roll to our table claiming it was the panini i never received! I had also paid for a carrot cake which never came but at that point was too scared to ask for it. Absolutely VILE service; I'm usually very understanding of mistakes especially at busy times but this behavior was completely uncalled for and I hope the woman who served us never treats anyone like this again.

First time visiting Wilmslow Park Caffè Nero - barista (Natalia) who had served me was very welcoming and friendly. While staying in to drink my latte someone had tried to steal food from the fridges but the barista handled the situation surprisingly very calmly and professionally.
