Staff are always so lovely, best cafe Nero in Manchester. They always take time and care with your drink but somehow always get through the line super quickly!

Wanted to get a cup of coffee befor work and ordered a latte with coconut milk. However, the barista used the oat milk instead (the orange box read OAT, not the Green box read COCONUT). After I got the drink, I was confused so confirmed with the barista, and they said that it's COCONUT not OAT milk. But it tastes the same as oat milk but not coconut milk. I was rushing to work so didn't ask to do the drink again. Really disappointed at the service. (What if I'm allergic to oat milk?)

Different people working there every time I go. Coffee has never tasted the same twice. It?s okay there but yet to find a commercial coffee shop that I?m overly joyed at.

Lovely cosy atmosphere, big sofa hidden away at the back and our vegan hot chocolates were delicious ?? great service too

The coffee is delicious. Their fault is that not all food is halal, but you have to ask them. The employees are cooperative. Their fault is the music.

Wonderfully swift service, the café has wonderful lighting and a cozy atmosphere. The drinks were great, no complaints!

There about 830 am today (fri 26th Apr). Lots of space in the morning to eat, drink and tables good for laptop work..Staff are welcoming and friendly with excellent customer service. Coffees always good. Very nice lattes. So nice today I stayed for second. Today I had a porridge and coffee and when my discount app wasn't working properly they went out of their way to offer to manually discount anyway. I didn't ask! Great customer service.Vegetarian options: Posted about this on review of another Nero, the excellent Altrincham venue! But good range it seems. Always nice vegan creme for lattes and always offered plant milk for porridge too.

I dropped in for a quick coffee fix before my uni meeting. I decided to try the caramel latte with cream. It?s not my usual go to cappuccino, but decided to change it up a bit. I wasn?t disappointed as it was delicious.
