Recently visited this branch on Friday afternoon.
Found the young man behind the counter to be extremely pleasant. He was attentive, friendly, helpful and importantly, listened. He offered upgrades without being pushy and was a breath of fresh air to be served by. Coffee and lunch was lovely. Will visit again.

A cute Cafe Nero branch located on the street. There is also an outdoor seating area. The environment and decor are very nice. My coffee was hot and delicious, just as I wanted. Adriana and her other male teammate were respectful, polite and friendly. Thank you so much Adriana, for making delicious coffee and being positive :) There was nice classical music playing. Thanks to you, I drank my coffee with happiness.

Staff were great Romeo and Juliet loved they're morning latte before embracing the rest of the day the staff were attentiveband the coffee was delicious we will be back. And special thanks to the barista Raye ?

Ridiculous for the store to shut within 2 hours of opening. Staff in a rush to get everyone out, getting our drinks wrong. Also throwing food out? Least they could have done is offer it complimentary for the mistakes they were doing but no. Getting out was major priority apparently. Hint: it wasn't. You had customers you should have properly seen to. The store wasn't on fire, there was no emergency. Unacceptable level of service!

Attended the Tiger who came to tea event. Disappointed to find no tigers. Tea was nice. I had camomile. And a flapjack.

The ladies here have to serve a lot in the morning rush, but they serve great coffee and food quickly with a smile and great service.
Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe is all at one level and I dont remember a step. Seating is spaced so there is a central corridor to go to the till.
It might be a little narrow going round after collecting coffee.

Nice coffee shop, seating to front and rear of coffee shop. Team great, friendly and quick service. Becoming v expensive now and still charge extra for things like decaf!

Visited today and was so glad they had a scone, jam and clotted cream. Who doesn't love a cream tea. Well I had coffee ?
but was georgous.
I put jam first then cream as that is how it's done ?
