Filthy establishment. Dirty toilets, dirty cups, dirty tables. Are you reading this Caffe Nero management? Because this isn't the first review to highlight this. The staff need a kick up the arse and the place needs to close down a couple of days and undergo a deep clean. Love Caffe Nero usually but this place is a disgrace to the name.

Shop was dead and the two staff behind the counter failed to get an order for two coffees correct despite being asked whilst watching them making up the order if they'd caught it correctly.

Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Nice atmosphere. Open quite late 7pm / 8pm some nights which is great. Good range of veg and vegan options to eat too.
