A woman from the staff was just awful, closes at 8, I was planing on leaving before that, but she come to me at 7:48 saying “we close now” me: okay I am leaving in 2 min (needed to pick up my laptop and stuff) she reply: we are close NOW you need to leave NOW. Been here a few times prior to concerts at the MEN arena/phones 4 u arena/AO arena etc. Always seem to be good
