The place is amazing and the coffee extraordinary, and all the staff is amazing however one of the guys here seems to be always in rush that forgot how to serve customers properly is a bold guy that ask 2 or even 3 customer their orders and sometimes don?t know who?s order is what, yesterday was the 3rd time he serve me something different, I suggest to review the customer service manual, to be honest I don?t mind waiting a bit longer but receiving what I pay for, should be nice to recap customer order to make sure is on the right track, multitask is great appreciated when is able to manage it. Hope can improve in this matter.

Caffè Nero is one of the cafes I love to visit weekly, especially this branch. I enjoy sitting in Nero to drink my coffee in peace.
My husband has loved their chai latte for a long time and says it is unmatched.
They also have delicious sandwiches that I haven?t found in other cafes.
In my opinion, Nero is the best cafe in the UK.

I recently visited this Caffè Nero and was quite disappointed with the overall experience.
Firstly, the staff seemed more interested in checking their cell phones than attending to customers. This led to delays in service, which was frustrating. The preparation of my coffee was also subpar.. I ordered a mocha, and the coffee was made in a paper cup before being poured into a regular cup, with cocoa and milk added separately as an afterthought. The quality was barely sufficient, not what I expected when I walk into Caffè Nero..
Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which reflects poorly on the hygiene standards of the establishment.
Overall, it seems like the staff could benefit from better training, both in customer service and in maintaining cleanliness. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future customers.

Good place for coffee in the city center. It is busy during weekends and difficult to find place. Coffee taste is better than average and have verity of selections of drinks and food. Recommended because it is in city center and close to Piccadilly gardens.

Before the worker had served me, she changed the bin. Whilst she was taking my order, she did not wash her hands and attempted to make my coffee. I had to tell her to wash her hands. The environment was also unhygienic.

Not toilet paper in any if the toilets dirty smelly, tables dirty but coffee was ok, will not be going here again

Staff don't speak English, they can't count and are unhelpful at best. There's also nowhere to sit because there is at least 4 homeless people sleeping in here. There are probably needles in the toilets but I'm too afraid to go in there.

Been to this café nero for the first time with my friend for a coffee the location is nice but the cafe inside is very dirty and the sofas / chairs is very dirty and too old , I do not recommend anyone to go there because you will be very disappointed how dirty the chairs and sofas
They should close it down and refurbish this filthy place

This Is a nice cafè with super friendly staff.
It Is the perfect Place to go for a chat with a friend or even alone. You can also go with your dog (if well behaved) and he/She Will be very welcome.

Great coffee. Reasoning for the two stars is that the service is very slow. As the queue grows it would help for two members of the team to be at the serving area, not leave one team member to handle it on their own.

Came here on Sunday at 14th June 3pm.
The young server was rushed off her feet, however she was polite and very welcoming.
Turned a quick coffee into a very pleasant experience.
