The barista with the hijab and the barista in training at the time were genuinely so lovely! I fell going up the stairs and the barista in training RAN to see if I was okay and quickly cleaned my table and the other barista showed me how to work the app with such patience. Such amazing ladies and Caffe Nero give these girls a raise!!!!!!

Nero cafes usually have a dark, moody atmosphere, or at least the ones I've been to have that vibe?I'm not sure. It could be their style, and I respect that. I also enjoy it in certain places, but sometimes I feel like their interiors are a bit messy and unpolished. In my opinion, cafes should be calming, relaxing, and peaceful spaces. Of course, darker tones can still be chosen, but I think a more aesthetic and impactful design would be beneficial. As for the coffee, it?s decent, neither amazing nor bad, in the words of the Brits, "not too bad." ?

Staff were polite and friendly, drinks were great, the place itself is well decorated and an oasis of calm in the city centre. However, the outside seating area was full of litter and very uninviting, and the toilet was disgusting. I'm always wary of eating and drinking somewhere unclean. Other Caffè Neros are never like this, such a shame.

Another unblended coffee, some Naristas are not very good at blending the coffee with the milk, also the last 3 shops we have been in the coffee flavour seems weaker than it used to be.

The toilets absolutely stink. I don't think it's asking for much to have toilets that don't stink of urine and god-knows-what else - I felt so dirty and gross after using them.
