Beware of dodgy tills. Transaction went through on my mobile banking and Nero app but they insist it didn't and for me to pay again- £9!
One was a young Chinese girl who was clearly new, the other was clearly senior and knew what she was doing. Not arsed, not concerned I may be double charged even when I showed her the mobile receipt on the app for a completed transaction.
I'll be back tomorrow, not in a good mood, if this transaction clears!

I have always had a good experience at cafe Nero but my recent visit disappointed me a lot. I ordered tro caramel latte and 1 almond croissant and 1 pain au chocolat. To start with, they didnot have whole milk which is very frustrating. A cafe not having whole milk but all other options is such a disappointment. Secondly their almond croissant tastes awful. The size is small for the price but not worth it. it was cold not double baked and the filling tastes so synthetic like some essence has been used instead of the real almond cream filling.
Not cool cafe Nero. ??Awful experience to start my day.

Lovely Caramel Latte and Almond Croissant at Moseley Street Cafe. Comfortable seats and good atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and Csfe was clean.

All the Staff are super friendly and accommodating. It?s in a perfect location, just at the tram stops.

Place was OK. However, No working sockets when someone else asked.Place is small and quite cramped. I've walked in and out on other occasions, either because it's too busy or too slow. Seems a limited selection of food stuffs.Wheelchair accessibility: Not good for wheelchairs. Though door might allow entry on different levels to get to counter. Cramped seating.
