This store is a complete rip off. The prices are much higher than at Cadbury World in Birmingham for the same products. The prices are also higher than in a supermarket.

This is the only shop where i felt they would rather me out from there than in. Theres weird signages regarding theft to the point it feels like they hate their customers... you certainly wouldn't find these signs in the likes of harrods where items are actually worth the value stated on the label. And talking of value, shouldn't a factory shop be CHEAPER than the stores ? Never again.

A variety of chocolates available but it?s not really any cheaper than supermarkets.
A selection of branded merchandise too but again not great value.
Would be much better if the prices offered better value which is what a outlet should be?

One of the most appalling retail shops I?ve ever been in firstly it?s a little grubby. There are more signs telling you what you cannot do more than how they can help - The prices are an absolute joke. I did a quick check Tesco Asda and Morrisons all cheaper on a large percentage of products in store
They are simply using the disguise of being an outlet to make people think it?s great value
You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves

The prices in this shop are absolutely ridiculous. You'd think Cadbury selling directly to the consumer, cutting out the middleman would mean lower prices.....not the case. Some stuff is stupidly expensive! 5 bars for £3.19?! Riiiight....
