Helen and her staff really are outstanding. She is so caring, knowledgeable, though and approachable. I have a diabetic eye test on the NHS but always go separately for a complete test with Helen, this is something that I have come to look forward to knowing it will be done so well. Nothing is too much trouble.

I attended this opticians this week as a emergency as instructed by my doctors ( not correct information) but was welcomed by the lovely staff and Helen the optician. Omg they are amazing they made me feel very welcome and made time to see me. Giving me valuable advice about my eyes. I am going back next week for a follow up appointment. Why have I never used these before now.Keep up the good work and thank you.

I have been coming here a few year now I can not recommend them enough I suffer bad mental health and reception staff are so warm welcoming and the Dr are fantastic if u need an optician go here x

I have recently had diabetic screening and an eye test done here and I can't recommend them enough. The best customer service experience I've had in years. Friendly , helpful and informative.
