Shocking

Really good selection of stuff and will defo be going back. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because the majority of the stuff is a bit overpriced in my opinion and sadly doesn?t have a changing room

This shop seems to get more expensive everyone I go.The pricing is insane. Dirty, worn jumper for £20? A skirt priced at £100?I thought that charity shops weren?t just to raise money for charity but to also help the local community by providing clothes cheaply. They get the clothes for free.I went in today and saw a used orange primark vest priced at £4. So I went to primark and bought the same one new for £3.50!I understand that they get valuable items in and want to capitalise on that. In that case sell it on EBay. Even charity shops can?t rein in their greedI recommend going to the BHF in Chorlton which is much more reasonably priced and often has great finds. Because it?s more reasonable I often find myself spending more there. They could probably move their whole stock in a few days if the prices actually reflected the quality. It?s ridiculous

Absolutely incompetent staff. Sophie charged me double for a cardigan. I called ahead the same day to explain the confusion and ask if I can get a refund on the extra charge- whoever I spoke too on the phone said that she would note down the item so I could do so the next day. Came in the next day to find that nothing had been noted down and I had to re-explain my situation to the gaggle of four people it took to process an £8 refund. On top of the stupidly long time it took to get my situation sorted, the ladies behind the till were just sat chatting about their Friday night while a line built up behind me. Then, once the till was ready to refund me they had the gaul to ask if it was okay to serve the other customers in line before me. No. I?ve been waiting fairly. Absolute buffoonery.

Left the shop feeling rubbish. Customers not considerate of others, clothes are expensive for what they are and the staff told me off for looking at a rail they were pricing up. Won?t be returning to this shop, which is a shame as I have never experienced any problems in other British Heart Foundation shops.

Nice small charity shop at Picadilly Gardens, some prices are completely unreasonable but there's also some good finds.

Really cool charity shop...looked more like a vintage shop rather than your bog standard charity shop vibe inside.

The greatest thrift store in Manchester

Actually a lot better than most real boutiques. Matches actual boutique prices at that. It really defeats the purpose of a charity shop, not a place where those low on income could actually shop.

I'm planning on going here. Hope not to be disappointed

The items were so expensive compared to others.

Really great items, lots of brands and items definitely suited for younger people! I always take my clothes which are good brands which I don?t wear anymore here.

That guy who is on the doors from 10am - 4pm on Thursday is pretty cool.
