My wife and I popped in for a coat each. Nice clean shop, good layout but couldn't really find what we wanted.An assistant named Hugo (yes, but not that one) helped us and was really just fantastic. He delivered excellent customer service, he listened to what we wanted and made good recommendations. Would definitely shop there again

Some staff need more training here. I?ve been in half a dozen times in the last year and each time the level of service I have received has been different. I asked for a shirt, I got asked what collar size I am, I responded saying I think because each company I buy shirts from I am between 3 sizes. The assistant responded with a sigh and said you think or you know?! I found the tone of voice a bit distasteful and it put me off from buying there.

When you go to a flag ship store with prices like £1000+ for ready made suit you expect professionalism the guy on the men's floor saw us while using the phone and started hiding from us sometime behind cloths sometimes mehind other decorations. It was so obvious we than started to look out selves and than he walk up to us about 20 min to say oh that looks good can I put rest of them back.

I went to the Manchester cathedral street Boss brand to buy a woman style Watch for my birthday.I faced a serious challenge sale assistant (scruffy and low level lady in first floor) with an unwelcoming look, she did not have a nice behaviour with us.She just followed us any single minute with unwelcoming look.I felt that I haven not been treated right.Boss MUST hire high level staff.I love this brand. But unfortunately an uncultured person will change your mind.

Went to so many boss stores across the midlands looking for a wedding suit but came back here to buy it because Yan was incredibly helpful. Really put the time and effort in to see all the little details and make sure it was perfect!
