shops items is good but security kept following me about and then stopped as i went to queue understandbly his job but its like they get a raise if they accuse u of robbing the way they act and the elderly woman was friendly with people infront but when got to me no communication , friendly reminder that im not gonna come in looking 10/10 model (8 months pregnant may i add) to nip in boots so bit weird.

simply wanted to ask if something is in stock but no answer on the phone? apparently judging from reviews they just ignore the phone? pretty weird, i?m not driving all the way down to find out it?s not in stock then driving back, the other boots answered but not in stock, pretty simple process really

I had the pleasure of being served by the nicest man, so helpful and couldn?t do enough for me and my mum helping with the boots app and making sure we got all the deals available, I didn?t catch his name but we were in the store on the 19th of March around 2pm. He was excellent at his job and the world would be a better place if everyone was as pleasant as him.

This convenient store is a lifesaver for finding items that aren't mainstream and aren't available in regular supermarkets. They particularly excel in offering a diverse range of products for babies, including items that are gentler and less harmful than those from popular brands. It's my top choice for baby gels or creams, providing peace of mind and quality products for little ones.

Absolutely dreadful . NO STAFF . Lost my business. Waited 20 min in queue. I gave up before my spondylitis did grrr.... wanted aftershave too .. no one around except security.. looking bored ! I don't blame staff... its understaffed !!

The store is great and the staff are great but the pharmacy shuts at 6pm it's a joke if you work and need your prescriptions

The Pharmacy staff in this Boots are constantly a challenge to deal with. Sadly never helpful, are rude, argumentative and obstructive. I avoid going here for advice or help. I prefer to go elsewhere if I can and only go here if I have to.

Very rude, unprofessional people work in this pharmacy! Demanding prescription for medicine which doesn't need one! Can buy it in any other pharmacies everywhere in the UK without a question but not here!
