My 16 yr old and I attended the Didsbury branch to purchase her first makeup products (specifically for prom). Julia the store advisor was amazing, she discussed several products helping to give different options and also included information around products to help keep her skin healthy. My daughter can be quite shy at times however Julia made it an easy experience, one where my daughter would have no problem repeating. Julia gave us just enough information for us to feel confident in picking the products we thought were best, leaving us to make the choices but we were left feeling comfortable enough to approach again if we needed. On our way home my daughter had a smile on her face whilst holding her bag of goodies eager to get home and dig in. For my daughters experience and for Customer service alone i have to give this store top marks on customer service. I had a smaller interaction with the gentlemen at the till who was polite and friendly. Overall this is a really nice store with friendly workers, experienced and happy to help.

I had a great experience at the Manchester Didsbury Outlet! The customer service advisor, Mehak Chabbria, was extremely proficient and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me in finding the product I was looking for. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the visit smooth and pleasant. A perfect 5-star experience

disappointed, staff were nice but the manager onduty wasn't professional. Bought a wrong perfum from another boots as a gift, so would like to return. Been told by the manager on duty that day? asian long hair) can't return/exchange the perfum unless it's faulty. I was so suprised not sure if this again the law, the store is selling this perfum, just because i didn't buy from this stire, they can't refuse to return/exchange? But in the end, i returned the perfume by the gift card because i said i don't travel 1 hour go to back to original store. not a nice experience.

Went to pick up prescription that Dr had put through on previous day. Severed by a very pleasant young lady, but was told it hadn't been done yet. Asked if I could wait and was told by another member of staff, no I couldn't and would have to come back later. When I asked if I could wait she abruptly told me they have alot of patients and can't do this. She didn't even look on shelf to actually see if it was in stock. I am a regular there and never seen this woman before, partly shaved head and lots of piercings. Very dissatisfied with customer service given that people are generally using a pharmacy when not well and need their medication as soon as. Not experienced this before in this branch of boots. Perhaps she needs to do a customer relations course

Boots in Didsbury is good for collecting medicine. The rest of the shop is poorly maintained, stock is not refilled and very limited.

I am a new customer to the on-line prescription service via Boots Didsbury.I have a couple of important pieces of information that require adding but I cannot get through and was sitting waiting non phone until someone literally just dis-connected my call.

My doctor prescribed my medicine on 1 May. I didn?t hear anything from them. A week later I phoned them twice every day. Nobody picked the phone up. I contacted my doctor who prescribed a second time. Then I got a txt, I went to collect my medicine and I got 2 lots. I was without my vital medicine for 2 weeks. When I complained at the counter, the response was, ?I wasn?t here last week.?

On the website it says something was in stock but when I went in to store the lady said that It was taken away and seemed surprised I asked. Bit disappointing that what it says on the website does not match up to what is actually there
