Its a rubbish place, the security guard with blue top (african skinny tall guy) he is very aggresive and disrespectful man, he shouted at children, every time i go there to shope he upsets me and everyone.

Customer service was shocking. Asked about a particular product location in the store. Blond women would say in 50s! She could hardly be bothered to show me where it was when she did she just pointed! Would only go back if I?m desperate, will go to Superdrug which I wish I would have now!

This is my local Boots store and every time I come in here the staff are super friendly and helpful!! Today Katrina went above and beyond and gave me some very useful information for my query. They also have a large variety of beauty products. At the moment they some fantastic Christmas deals on so don?t miss out! Thank you ??

Went to collect a prescription due to local chemist closure, however queue quite long. Better to go before 1pm if possible. Also limited seating whilst you wait, particularly if you are elderly, or have mobility problems.
Some staff attentive, some not, but may be due to workload. However no excuse if in the public domain .

###(DO NOT COME HERE)### If your Pushto speaking or Afghan do not come to this pharmacy in boots. Last week, my elderly mother came to this pharmacy to enquire for some eye drops. The assistant to the pharmacist, a dark skinned Pakistani male with a small white/black beard, made a loud racist remark in Urdu. Fortunately, my mother can speak and understand Urdu. He stated "Pathans, are born dumb". Is this how your staff speak to patients? Why is racism from white people not tolerated BUT okay for others to do.
I tried my best to make a complaint, but the person on the phone wouldn't even give me the name of the Pakistani man. She said the manager would ring me on Monday, nobody rang me.
This shows that the management tolerates racism by their staff on patients and ignores patient complaints, terrible management, terrible place, if your from a minority group, please be careful, only god knows, what kind of racist things they said in Urdu about Jews, Indians, Arabs and white people.
