I have been trying to reach the pharmacy at this branch all day, from 9 AM to 4 PM, but they haven't answered the phone once. There?s no other way to contact them. Boots, please check your phone lines.

What do you call a pharmacy without a pharmacist? Walked over to Boots today to pick up medication that had taken two weeks to become available. However the relief pharmacist had gone walkabout to the obvious frustration of the three remaining staff, meaning nothing could be dispensed, including medication already made up. A frustrating waste of my time. Will definitely take future prescriptions and business elsewhere.

Intense security guard just followed me around while I look for a salicylic acid spray. Was clear I couldn't find something but she just stared at me the whole time. Left and went to superdrug.

I had a terrible experience at Boots Pharmacy after coming from A&E with a prescription from the hospital. It was clear that I needed the medication, but the old man with white hair behind the counter told me to come back on Monday because they were closing in 15 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care for people in need of urgent medication.
His attitude was awful?he should receive proper customer service training. If he doesn?t like his job, he should consider a different one instead of being miserable and unhelpful to customers who need assistance. This kind of service is disgraceful, and I will not be returning. From now on, I?ll be going to Superdrug next door instead.
Boots Pharmacy clearly doesn?t prioritise people?s health, which is extremely disappointing. I don?t need a reply?there is no excuse for this behavior, and I am not interested in apologies.

Vulgar and loud attitude when asked the guy about a specific gel for burns, he told me to go ask the pharmacist in a very bad attitude and manner, waited 30 minutes in the queue where they are all very slow & unable to serve customers in an organised manner

Don't use this pharmacy. Waste of time unless you are in a pinch. Ordered prescription well in advance as it has to be ordered in but didn't care to contact me that they threw it out.

Encountered miserable and racist staff at Boots pharmacy. If you?re not happy with your job, find another one. Management needs to address these issues promptly.

The first time I encountered rude and discriminatory service at Boots Piccadilly, I let it slide. However, to my dismay, subsequent visits proved that this behaviour is consistent. Furthermore, the staff?s tendency to talk down to customers only adds to the distressing experience. It?s unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect. My decision to pursue a formal complaint and find an alternative pharmacy is now firm.

They need to be more professional.
I asked for my prescription and the staff said they did not have that and was unwilling to reorder for me. She just fob me off.
I went to the other Boot near Ardale mall and the staff has that medicine and said they should definitely to be able to order for customers. So I really don't know why the staff didn't do that.
To public: avoid to come here, go to other branches.
To staff: Don't push the questions back to customer

The pharmacy does not answer the phone! I called 3 different Boots pharmacies and they all let the phone ring - this one rang for over 5 minutes!
After looking through other reviews, I see other people saying the same. I also notice that Boots never respond to reviews... they just don't care!

Just visited the branch , the Asian girl ( in her 20's perhaps, dressed in black )in serving customers in the pharmacy doesn't have any manners or customer service skills, very rude and dismissive, a gloomy face and rude tone of voice, to the whole queue of waiting customers! Please consider a retraining on basic customer service skills for her , as your customers deserve better.
a shame as the rest of the team are very polite.

Average at best, slow service as staff seem more inclined to chat with one another rather than helping customers.

Horrible experience. Avoid unless you want to be followed around by the security guard for simply being a person of color. Just left and shopped at Superdrug next door.
