Staff with black coily hair at Nars counter was extremely rude. I approached her with respect asking for a blush. There was no greeting or asking confirmation. I asked if there is a sale for the product she mumbled some sort of affirmation. I walked away and she yelled ?did u hear I said there is sale?

We were in the checkout line, and at the time there was only one male cashier at the register. When it was the white customer?s turn in front of us, a young female employee suddenly came out and opened another register just for him. After finishing with him, she glanced at us and then pretended to make a phone call to avoid serving us. What a racist store.

I popped into Boots to get a new skin tint and was lucky enough to get help from the lovely Olivia. She shade matched me to perfection while we giggled about working retail and learning languages. She was an absolute delight! I will defo head back to the Fenty counter for more help and makeup insights.

I visited Boots today, but it was really warm inside
The air conditioning didn?t seem to be working properly, and the heat made shopping uncomfortable. Hope they fix it soon because it?s hard to enjoy shopping in such a hot environment

Love shopping in Boots but pick your time. Too many people just aimlessly walking into you in the afternoon!! If you don't like crowds, avoid from 12-3pm!

do not come here if you are not an expert in what you need to buy and unsure about a product because they will NOT explain it to you. I had asked what is the difference between two products and two employees go oh they are different colours, as if its not obvious. they have no product knowledge, i ended up buying something that wont even help me so i will have to return. i went to the piccadilly station shop which is about to close temporarily however the employees there at least tried to help me instead of just going ?i dont know? i cant believe such big store had disappoint me this much. ??

I love going to Manchester in general, but going to Boots, even if im not buying anything and just looking around, it will be a highlight of my day. Just to be able to see/witness the kindness and compassion of the staff doing peoples makeup or offering skincare brands, getting help with perfume brand choosing or representing products like makeup or skincare that is right for your skin. The other day i was looking around here, and seen this wonderful member of staff, helping out this women with her foundation erc and giving her a full detailed description of the benefits these products will give her. Such an amazing store and i hope you keep doing well and making peoples day, even if they arent shopping, just to look around! ????

The biggest Boots store in Manchester. Usually very busy.
Click and collect point is upstairs.
There is also a dentist and a GP walk-in service upstairs that can be accessed using the elevator on the second floor.
