The appointment was on time. The optician answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I got an eye scan I didn't know existed and which reassured me I didn't have some age related problems I was slightly expected to get. Plus he didn't try too hard to sell me anything notably not bifocals which I don't want.

Had a brilliant experience at Boots Opticians in Chorlton yesterday. Booked an appointment over the phone because of some swelling on my eyelid and I was seen immediately when I came in by Mariam who carried out extensive eye tests and talked me through exactly what was going on and how to look after it going forward. I left feeling a lot better and with the knowledge of how to look after my eyes better. Thank you Mariam for your help and care.

The staff here are amazing. I support a person with autism who can be challenging for others to understand him. He had a appointment and every one of the staff was so understanding and patience with him. He settled and was calm throughout his visit. Thank you all. See you for his next appointment soon.
