Reduced delivery to once a week only and they failed to deliver the goods on the nominated day. The goods weren't delivered on the following day either. I see bookers van on any other weekdays on the roads but they have decided to deliver to us only once a week that has caused us so much inconvenience.

Absolutely shocking behaviour today I just went into bookers in ardwick and to be told that my card is up for deletion. The receptionist properly took my card and cut it up in front of me and she said the account is no longer active but she must have got it wrong because I have only used . The card 3 weeks ago at another branch of bookers now the inconvenience of having to get to get a new card has been bestowed upon me..

I have been shopping for 8 months, but I am not given the discount given to everyone else. I met with Colins, the manager, 5 times and each time he said "I'll help you, I'll call you" and disappeared.

Was told today I could not bring in tempreture controled boxes for food stuff. I use these to keep food that legaly needs to be kept separate and tempreture controlled. It also stops my stock falling off the trolley in the janky carpark. Can I ask how I can keep food stuff separate on a flat bed trolley, and if stock falls off the trolley in the car park can I return it? I'll shall be asking EHO if a major wholesaler should be making it harder for me to properly look after my stock and customers.

Register properly online and arrived at the store with all the required invoices, phone app downloaded...immediately told I needed a paper invoice...so I went home and printed out the email invoice I originally showed which got me to the next stage; the phone app is riddled with bugs. Despite resetting my password several several times and even letting the customer service desk try as well as restarting and updating my phone and restarting it I still couldn't log in. Eventually they let me at least browse the stock even though I wouldn't be able to complete any purchases because the phone app still didn't work...this is really when I discovered I'd wasted my time. There are many more cash & carries and wholesalers that carry a wider range of stock at more competitive prices

Wasn't the greatest experience of the booker I know.Had to wait for a trolley, and I ended up going to get it myself, then was barked at by a lady at reception telling me to scan in. Which I had already done before hunting myself a trolley. When I asked a young man on the storefloor for a product he just pointed in a direction and sent me on my way. When I located the product it wasn't on sale. I felt like I didn't want to bother the staff because they seemed busy and slightly stressed. The till area was ok. Probably won't be back soon as there doesn't seems to be a warm fuzzy feeling anymore
