I just paid and left the till and found the food packing is a bit damaged. I am worrying that the food may be polluted and would like to exchange for another one. But the lady at the till refused for the exchange and said I left the shop already (but I just walked few steps away from the till and not yet left the shop). Finally, I threw the food into the rubbish bin and my money was gone. :(
I will not buy things from this shop again!

This store is horrendous. Whoever organised the ailes is either blind or have some other issues. Complete lack of any type of order. I would defo fire whoever runs this store. Hated the moment I entered this place. Home Bargains in Eccles is way better organised. Everything looks neat and tidy. Easy to find what you looking for. B&M was a joke.

Absolute nightmare of a store travelled to three different stores to purchase a wooden garden wagon wheel in stock availability it said online...so we went to our nearest one, 'sorry we don't sell them at this store but Atherton have them' drove to Atherton ' sorry sold out here. Trafford have them in ask them to reserve one , rang Trafford can't say if they are or are not in stock and they don't reserve. Never again worst store ever.
