I go to this store a lot cos it's B&M, everyone goes to B&M.I swear the staff hate that you turned up. Properly unfriendly. But I don't blame them. I blame their bosses. Clearly something is wrong at the top if you have that number of miserable people working for you.

The store is very organised and clean. The shelves are stocked up. Friendly staff and quick check out. Belle Vue has a garden centre however I'd also suggest the smaller B&M Manchester Fort and Harpurhey too. Plenty of parking bays available at each store area.

There are a lot of B&M stores all in close proximity. There's nothing "wrong" with this one, per se, it's just that the one at Lime Square is better, and the one on Snipe Park is a much larger one, so this one always seems to compare poorly against either of those. The Quality Save a few doors down from this one tends to offer more of a range too.

Was originally 5 stars after today, it's a 2 star. One of the girls was in a rush to bring all the stuff in, she seen me and another lady bringing the trollies back but she decided to take all of them in, so had to go back inside to return the trolley. On the way out the same girl is bringing in the lottery stand and throws it in almost rekaing the glass, she didn't care.

Always really tidy and we'll presented. One thing that has happened more than once is that colleagues will often chat to each other when there is a queue and sometimes walk off. I think the place needs someone with a bit of positive energy at the front end. The colleagues are always nice.
