I visited B&M and received a parking penalty without any fault of mine. The issue occurred because their camera system does not properly record multiple visits. If you enter and exit the parking area twice in one day, the camera may fail to register your first exit but will record your second exit. As a result, it wrongly appears that your car was parked for several hours continuously, and you may be fined.
If there is a gap of around four hours between your visits, the system assumes that your car was parked there for more than four hours, even though you left and returned later.
Unfortunately, B&M staff do not seem to care about such incorrect penalties. Instead of helping customers who face these unfair charges, they simply try to get rid of them. This shows that B&M does not value its customers or their shopping experience.
