Worse staff ever..I bought Bingo and its supposed to be £2 but the lady staff said £2.50 which theres no £2.50 on there..I fill up wrong and asked to cancel the old man Staff with rudeness told me I have to paid and make sure ask me before fill it up...I also win the 49s and before I went to collect my money I went to Betfred place and asked staff how much I will get they told I might get more than £20 just to make sure The Bet David Pluck staff wont manipulate the money again with me,so when I went there they r indeed doing it again they make lots of excuses and give me £9..worst staff ever so rude and cheated with the money as well
