Fantastic service cannot fault the team. Joe, who came to value the property gave an efficient and professional service.
He recognised the importance of the properties marketing, which is why I chose to go with Bentley Hurst unlike other agents. He gave his advice on valuation which i think was spot on. We had a very efficient service and they were able to get the property on Rightmove quickly and this led to viewings and an offer accepted within the first week of being on the market. Update after completion: I wanted to write an update review to express my thanks to the Bentley Hurst team in helping me sell my property in Manchester. I chose them because they offered a fair price and very good terms without the need for negotiation unlike other competitors which i felt ?tried their luck? by offering a high price and worse terms.
We did had a lot of problems getting the sale over the line with a buyer pulling out and I can say that Rebecca helped me through the sale and went above and beyond to get this sale over the line. I truly am thankful to all the team and especially Rebecca. I think if you do run into problems to feel like you have someone like Rebecca fighting in your corner was the thing that got me through so THANK YOU!

I have had such a positive experience with this team as a prospective tenant. I can see why they are so highly rated! They have been so helpful, attentive and friendly on the phone. I had a viewing for renting a property and unfortunately this had to be rearranged multiple times and the team have always been so quick, responsive and helpful. Olivia conducting the viewing was amazing, she has gone above and beyond to facilitate viewings and was prompt, friendly and helpful during the viewing.
