I came all the way to Manchester for this viewing. I am new to the area so Hettie showed me around. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.The property was beautifully presented, and the overall viewing process was informative and hassle-free. My estate agent, Cody was absolutely superb from start to finish. From a well-researched market evaluation (which took into account new properties in the area), to managing the offers (including my accepting an asking price offer) and then once the sale was agreed managing the respective solicitors, his service went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went to a viewing and the property was in disrepair, unhygienic, and falling apart. The company clearly have no standards and enjoy wasting the time of all people involved in the letting process. Maybe find a new business model or just give up altogether?

So disrespectful!We had a viewing I was there with an infant in a cold weather for 15 minutes on time they just left the building without letting me know!This is disgusting when you find your client you ignore others disrespectfully!Even one star is a lot for you.

If you are selling your property, better stay away from those clowns. They know nothing about properties they sell. They promise to get more details, but they never do. They promise to call back, but they never do. They are unable to even organize a viewing. And I am a cash buyer that is willing to buy a property straightaway. Honestly, I can't remember when was the last time I experienced such pathetic service quality. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

The one start gives to the stuff who gaslighted me, while the rest of them just have no patience and responsibilty to solve any repair/replacement problems. When you start a conversation with "is there any chance to", they reply one word "no".

Poor communication. Booked a viewing last Thursday and my friend (co tenant) went the viewing on my behalf. After that , straight away apply with the property. Our combined household income is way already meet the financial requirements. Even my friend who will start the role soon, he already has his guarantor whereas I do not need any guarantor as I have already being employed for long time. After applied the property straight away, no updates and chased them once. Then I called them only to know that the property is already being taken. At least, get back to everyone who went the viewing so that I won't waste everyone's time and hope. Even, there is another property as well. Booked for viewing only to know that it got cancel last minute, just because it got taken whereas in the website, it still says available, it makes everyone confused! I feel like it is not fair. You should organise everything how it works starting from the viewing , up to the application process next time. I wish I could give a no star at all but since I am about to give a review, I will give this one star.
