I have a 4 year old Belstaff wax jacket, the quality isn?t like it used to be;I have had that material repaired twice and it appears to be falling apart.The zip is broken which will cost £70 to repair.Out of warranty so Belstaff are not interested.Spend your money on Barbour instead which will last a lifetime

So far I?ve never had a bad experience here and yesterday?s visit was the same. I made a couple of purchases which were supported by the very knowledgeable, patient and friendly Helen. I couldn?t have asked for better service!

Belstaff Manchester.What wonderful and extremely helpful staff.I was chasing a particular leather jacket. ( V racer in Insignia Blue)After ringing Belstaff they put me onto Manchester branch as they had the only one left in Europe, which unfortunately was sent to the outlet store in Cheshire the day before.The girls went out of their way to chase the jacket for me. ( as did the Cheshire outlet store) I?m now in receipt of the jacket.Super fast deliver - ( less than 24hrs) The leather jacket as expected, Is of the finest quality - as all Belstaff clothing.Girls at Belstaff Manchester store. I can?t thank you enough.

Visited this store to buy a couple of coats for myself and the wife.Attentive staff who were very knowledgeable on the sizing etc of all the items as the sizings were so varied between each piece.I?ve had dealings in the past with this particular store as they re-waxed my Trialmaster and fixed a zip issue, so I had the opportunity to thank the staff in person.

I have bought and used Belstaff jackets and accessories for motorcycle riding for a few years and I have always been impressed with the quality and service. However I have never had such great customer service as I have had from the Manchester store, in particular Corey and the manager Maria. These guys go above and beyond what is expected, even for a high end brand like Belstaff. I cannot thank them enough. And for people questioning if Belstaff are still loyal to their history and ethos. I can confirm from personal experience they are. Thank you

Whent with my brother he boughta coat and some boots he has since bought a scarf and a manbag the staff were friendly and very helpfull new a lot about the products and told my brother about how to take care of the items he bought

Ordered online. Awful experience. Email received 4 days after order cancelling with no explanation. Had to call and was told item out of stock. Then why is website stating it?s in stock. Upgrade your poor systems. Will stick to other brands as service much better
