Horrible terrible experience, extremely rude and unprofessional manager and staff. I have gone for a haircut and I waited was denied service and ignored! They made me wait for my turn for about an hour and then said that they are not able to do it! Also, they were not even busy!!!! It was only me and one other customer, the staff are very lazy and slow, not friendly at all! The manager didn't even care that I will be leaving unhappy and insisted on giving me an appointment tomorrow instead of NOW! They are very unreliable and never rely on them for any urgent event. Never going back there again and I'm glad I now know them and let everyone in the world know!

I am so, so happy I went here for my first big change in hair colour! Zozo is an awesome colourist she is super lovely person as well, and the whole team has great skills. Genuinely the worst salon I?ve ever been too. The ladies are mainly Iranian and constantlyTalk in their own language and start laughing. You can tell they are talking bad about you. It?s so unprofessional I can?t explain. The only good thing about the salon is the location easy to get to

Not worthy going there, the lady that did my nails did them like she was forced to, constant angry face not bothered about checking shape or anything. They looked terrible from day one.20 minutes after doing Shallac the gel came off. Terrible quality waste of my money.Service: Manicure

Their price says it all. The worse Brazilian wax i've ever gotten. The lady used the one and only wooden stick to both stir their wax pot and apply the wax on me. She failed to get the waxing done. Horrible hygiene and very unprofessional result. Do not recommend and will never visit again.Service: Body waxing

I have had my nails done here before , but today was a entirely different story - I left with the poorest, sloppiest set of nails I?ve ever had , there was no design I just asked for plain white nails - yet what I got was A misshaped, unfinished set , I understand that the worker doing my nails may have been new or in training, but this was not disclosed to me and I paid full price for shocking quality. Unfortunately will not be coming here again .Service: Manicure

Not quite sure how they?ve managed to get my review taken down butAVOID the salon!!!! Went for my lashes and they?ve really damaged my natural lashes!!! When having semi perm lashes the whole point is because they don?t cause damage when done PROPERLY!! They failed to isolate my lashes, so they were stuck together an couldn?t grow due to the clumped glue!When I sent a message and video evidence they repeatedly ignored and then Blocked me lol!Now when I?ve come to see if I?d get a reply of my review it?s somehow been taken down. If they?ve managed that it?s clear they have clearly been putting up their own ?good? fake reviews. Awful salon
