Excellent service from Naila at this branch. informed the lady at the front of my enquiries and how another branch in stockport had been very unhelpful as well as a customer service advisor i'd spoken to on the phone, she listened and understood then helped me go through everything in detail and ensured adjustments would be made for a more comfortable future experience. was starting to really get let down by barclays but Naila lifted my spirits and sorted everything out for me. extremely grateful for the service i'd received today from this branch.

Terrible branch! There's never enough staff working on the cashiers desk. They tell you to come for your change after 12:30, then the change isn't ready at 1pm. Don't bother unless you have an afternoon to spare waiting around!
