Me and my husband had a lovely massage at the Bannatyne spa today. We chose this location due to the beautiful historic 1930's original pool in the basement. We enjoyed our visit, but I admit I expected a bit more luxury from the spa/pool area. There were areas that could have benefited from a bit more regular cleaning, and the changing areas had several areas that needed maintenance.Our treatments were very good, and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

It’s got facilities I like, sauna hot tub & pool. But the pool, which used to be a comfortable temperature, is now freezing cold. Considering the monthly cost it seems they’re cutting corners to save money… which is also evident in the cleanliness.
