Checked out this hip bagel store in Spinningfields and tried the following: ?Salt Beef Melt | The meaty Salt beef filling was quite substantial and worked well with the melted Emmenthal cheese, gherkins and mustard enclosed in a plain bagel. The flavours are very balanced, I found a winner right here - our personal fave. ?Chicken Pesto | The juicy chicken was doused in a hearty pesto sauce then paired with cheddar cheese. The tomatoes, rocket and poppy seed bagel gave a nice bite to it. The scrumptious taste profile of this one was really enjoyable. ?Peanut Butter & Toffee Banana | The saltiness of the peanut butter combined with the natural sweetness coming from the bananas plus the moreish toffee sauce and lovely cinnamon bagel was quite addictive, this one has my name written all over it. ?Coffee and Hot Chocolate | Ideal pairing for the bagels and also very apt in this chilly weather. "A bagel without coffee is like a life without love" - I couldn't agree more. Bagel Factory has been around the business for almost 30 years and they certainly did not disappoint. Overall, the flavour combos of both the savoury and sweet bagels were spot on. The texture of the bagels complimented the delectable fillings, ticks all the boxes for us. Already looking forward to our next visit. They have various outlets in London, Manchester, Leeds, York, Edinburgh, Hull, Huddersfield, Birmingham etc. Please do visit and try their extensive menu, I highly recommend them.

Came in on sunday afternoon. Served by Oli, very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable on vegan options. Had the vegan blt (lots of bacon, very good) then Oli helped me make my own bagel because i?m picky. The team was patient and the service was really fast. 10/10Vegetarian options: Good vegan and veg options. Especially in January, please keep all year round.

Atrocious service. worker was very abrupt and made me repeat myself lots of times, so I spoke clearly amid the loud music. She then told me right at the end she was half deaf yet if id known since the start I would?ve spoken louder. As I left she said Jesus Christ and proceeded to speak and laugh about me to her colleague. Very disappointed I felt humiliated never coming here again. Communication is clearly non existent how do these people get jobs. AVOID.

Me and my friend visited here for a coffee. We sat down and my friend was looking at the menu on her phone as she scanned the qr code. The woman came over to us 3 times and asked us arenu done affecting yet. Then proceeded to laugh and stare at us with everyone that worked there. Getting other people that worked there to come over and say something. Don?t even think these people should have a job there attitude to everyone is appalling

First time visiting Bagel Factory and paid £4.10 (the meat option) via Too Good to Go. Quite disappointed with the magic bag especially as we selected meat and only one bagel had a bit of meat with cheese and gherkins. We actually couldn't tell what the meat was because it was bland.There were one bagel with meat and cheese, two plain poppy seeds bagels and one custard filled ring doughnut. All the bagels were good when eaten fresh on the day. The custard filled ring doughnut was excellent. It wasn't sickly sweet and the dough was super soft and fluffy.Nonetheless, we were disappointed with the magic bag as in what we paid for to what we have received.

I got there just before closing time and had a delicious bagel. The staff member who was closing up was so kind and accommodating! She overheard me talking about being stuck due to train strikes and she invited me to take my time and not rush. She spoke with me until I left and still told me I could sit a while longer if I wanted to Thank you very much for the hospitality shown.

I had a halloumi melt bagel made by Maz which was super tasty. The other staff were also super friendly. I recommend paying a visit.
