Stood at collection point for 10 minutes. 3 members of staff idly walked past talking to each other before I decided to get one to serve me. By the time I went back to collections someone else was waiting and they were served instead. And when they were served - whatever they was collecting wasn?t even there. Leading to both the staff member and the customer searching for it.
Not a good experience. Would recommend just ordering online or going elsewhere.

After being assured 2 saws in stock I drove 20 miles and found no saws in stock. Staff assured me that Stockport had 9 in store. See review of Stockport!!!.

Popped in today with my nephew as he wanted more information about looking after a plant that I had got him for Christmas. Trish or Trisha (sorry I didn?t a proper look at your name badge) was very good at explaining to my 9 year old nephew and answering his questions. He also wanted a bonsai tree and she helped him select a good one too. Thank you for your time and patience. Fantastic customer service!

Their Click and Collect service is not fit for purpose. I placed an order and paid for it online. They sent me an sms to say that my order would be ready to collect after x time. I turened up 5 minutes after x time and was informed that I could not collect my order because their accounting software had not updated their collection software that the order had been paid for. This, despite me showing them my online account which showed it had been paid. I complained to their customer services and for 45 minutes was sent round in circles by their agent who couldn't put me through to a manager or even be bothered escalating the issue to a manager because she could not deal with it. I also emailed the CEO of B&Q about this 2 weeks ago I am stil waiting an acknowledgement from him that this issue is being looked at. Poor leadership at the top reflects all the way down to the shop floor. Be wary of using their click and collect service you may get sent round in circles for two hours.

Good level of service. The staff were attentive and made sure each item was in perfect condition before handing it over
A special thanks to Rory, he stepped in with a positive attitude and great problem solving skills. Rory quickly found a solution, saving me both time and hassle. His friendly and professional approach made a huge difference and is a credit to the team.
