Decent ATS branch, they answer the phone promptly, give sound advice, you can wait whilst they do mot's, tyre changes, etc. There's plenty of parking. Prices are fixed by ATS, but you get a professional and reliable service.

Always friendly and helpful! The guys have always gone above and beyond when I?ve gone in, as a woman I normally feel quite anxious going into a garage as I know nothing about cars but the staff always explain the problem and have shown me at the times, then explained what needs to be done to fix it!Reasonably priced

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!They made me wait around for the allocated time slot and no one showed up. I had to call their help desk which was RUDE and very UNHELPFUL!!...stay away!

Highly recommend this place. Staff are all helpful and knowledgeable. Just had new front springs and rear brakes done. Thanks to Lenny who kept me updated throughout the day. Now my car drives and feels safe again. Thankyou very much.

Had a mobile fitting job booked in for today through Blackcircles for 4 tyres. The fitting was to be between 12.30 and 4.30.I waited in all day for ATS Euromaster Little Hulton.No-one showed up.I rang ATS at 4.30. After being given the runaround by two assistants I was told the job had been rebooked again for three days hence.First I'd heard of it.Why on earth wasn't the customer, i.e. me, told this by either Blackcircles or ATS, preferably by both, and preferably early on the day of the fitting? Any time at all today would have been nice instead of what I got, which was not at all until I rang you. You have my contact details. There is no excuse. Your contempt for customers is glaring.When I reached the end of my conversation with ATS, the assistant offered to connect me to Blackcircles to discuss why I hadn't been informed of the change of fitting date and where we go from here as far as getting the tyres actually fitted.I agreed to be connected. The phone rang out for three or four minutes, at the end of which I was cut off at their end. This sort of thing just adds insult to injury.

If there is an opportunity to give a zero star I would give them because that is what they deserve.Purchased tyres online from their eshop and they confirmed fitting date only for me to turn up and they told me they cancelled without informing me or issuing a refund before my arrival.I called the eshop customer service and was attended to by an extremely rude male who asked me to go back to the fitting centre for my refund.I read through the very bad reviews but still went ahead to give them the benefit of doubt. I have myself to blame.The service is horrible.Do not make the same mistake.

Arrived for a 9:30am appointment to be told you have no balancing weights.No call before hand to let me know - wasted journeyNo, zero solutions offered.I ask - shall I come back later, answer : you can doWill you have the weights later - I don?t know. ?????Call customer services, sounds like he couldn?t care less either. He told me to go back into the site to ask for a refund.Told will be 10 days. What??

Do not use! Beware! My partner took his Mercedes to ATS Little Hulton for a service. He was told he needed 4 new brake discs and pads for £800. Six months later he took it to another garage for an MOT - only to be told that his brakes had seized and all pads and discs needed to be replaced once again due to the current discs and pads being the cheapest of the cheap (and definitely not worth anywhere near the £800 he paid at ATS). It cost him another £800 to replace these cheap parts just 6 months later. If using this garage, make sure they use decent parts on your vehicle, and get alternative quotes to make sure you're not being ripped off. Will not be using again.
