Food was delicious, however not happy with the service. Came with a friend who took the set menu and I only had a pasta and coke. Wanted to use Blue Light Card 30% off of my food, however was told they cannot split the bill. We never asked for the bill to go through together as I?m aware the discount can?t be used on the set menu. The waitress spoke to manager and manager told her the table cannot be split! I am very disappointed! Especially that they could not explain why the table bill couldn?t have been split and we never asked for it to go on one bill! Would not be back again.

Came here with high expectations as the restaurant seems to be pretty fancy, but was very disappointed as the food was bland, the chicken was reheated and tasted weird. Sorry but I won't come back and won't recommend it forward.

Came on for a drink after work pretty disappointed with the overall service. I've been many good Italian establishments but this take the biscuit staff very arrogant and rude. We were thinking about ordering food but after the sour faces from the main waiter pretty rude felt uncomfortable won't be returning.20th March 6pm There's better Italians in Manchester shame really. Thanks for the drinks.

Nice atmosphere, excellent service, very extensive menu of Italian inspired dishes. My order was OK, there is a room of improvement.

Food was nice but not exceptional. Have been more impressed in previous visits. Atmosphere was much quieter than I expected. Service was excellent from Kim who looked after us very well.

Our servers Eylül and Joanna were lovely and really made the experience! Will definitely recommend as they were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Friendly staff and very efficient service, but food and drink were awful. Main course came out less than 5 mins after ordering and tasted like a ready meal. House wine was dire. Entirely as expected for a chain restaurant in Piccadilly gardens.
