I recently visited the service station to diagnose an issue with my car. They charged me £36 to perform the diagnose, promising they would be able to identify the problem. However, they were unable to find the root cause of the issue and left me with no answers after receiving my payment. I found this extremely frustrating and disappointing, as I was hoping to have my car repaired quickly. Despite their marketing promises, their service was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend

Booked in my car for tracking, spoke with Carmel at reception. She was very polite and friendly, got booked in pretty easily. The whole process was quick and professional.Dropped off the car and it was ready to collect a couple of hours later. Spoke with the staff about the work done and my car. They explained the work done on the car and reassured any related issues had now been corrected.Driving the car home and I could feel the steering wheel was smoother to turn.Overall really helpful and delightful staff, would definitely recommend them to anyone with car related issues.

Failed MOT on binding rear brake, they replaced a caliper which was fine and did not un stick the caliper slider which was the problem. Broke my window in process of replacing spring, advised new steering rack when it was the steering pump. 2 weeks later now need new pads, disc and caliper. Stay clear from these cowboys

Recently needed a garage to identify and fix a fault on my sons car. He attends university in Manchester and we do not live in the area so found Ashbury Service Station using Google and reading reviews. I have got to say that they were great in all aspects of the repair. We found everybody that we dealt with professional and honest keeping my son fully informed along the way and the car was repaired and back on the road at a reasonable cost. Not being local I know the value of good reviews when looking for a service in an area you do not know and I have no problem recommending these guys. Thank you for a job well done.

As a (relatively) new driver, and a young woman to boot, in the past I have found myself taken advantage of and ripped off by other garages that I've taken my vehicles to. No such worries with Ashbury Service Station, who have looked after me and my cars consistently with good banter and great service. When I needed a coil spring replacing, one place quoted me £145; Ashbury quoted me £60. It was a no-brainer. I've never felt like they've messed me about, not once.I've taken my car in today for a tyre change, and I'll be booking my service and MOT when I pick it up. I don't think I'd go anywhere else now.Signed, the nutty one with the grey Meriva.

Dropped car off for a knocking noise got a phone call few hours later. Exhaust bracket snapped, re welded and all good. Excellent service. Will definitely go back
