Very poor experience today, I was waiting to be served and said excuse me as the member of staff had her back turned,she turned and snapped at me that she was busy.
This I feel is totally unacceptable customer contact and I will not use ASDA again.

The most worst staff members I have ever seen if ,Waited 55 painful minutes for 4 simple click & collect items ? ASDA staff moved like time stood still, with all the urgency and care of a hungover snail on strike.

Got to be the worst Asda in the UK. The place is a mess. Food on the floor rubbish on the floor. Staff warming there hands in the food oven. You see and hear staff slagging off other staff members. Checkouts is a pain the staff are to busy in conversation to get any help never mind asking for carrier bag. They really think I can juggle foing back to the car with my shopping. Says it all when security is off the door and to busy chatting.

Had a great experience today Craig was his name I previously asked a member of staff for a box as I needed it for home and the lady didn't seem interested so I asked a gentleman he was happy to help and I got the exact box I needed . A lot of staff in asda radcliffe are not friendly or helpful but thank goodness for Craig

This store is so good at delivery , very helpful delivery people. Also I needed something urgently and they have same day express delivery . Also has a good kosher section. Thanks Asda .

I am a disabled woman who as to rely on shopping online. I also av dietary requirements ie laco free milk.
Every time I order the large cartons which apparently staff can't find in the fridge and it would appear they can't find the smaller cartons to replace why oh yh they in the same fridge that the member of staff can't find please train ur staff im having this every time I order some shopping half of the shopping cannot be found what ever u are paying the staff is to much

Today, 18th of January at 8:05 AM I visit Asda store and I was browsing the bakery section, unsure of what to choose, one of the bakery staff members noticed me and stepped in to help. He recommended something that had just been freshly baked and was about to be stocked on the shelves. Knowing I was in a hurry to get to work, he quickly packed it for me. Employees like him are a true asset to the store. On top of that, he was very polite and cheerful.

No tills open just self scan due to no staff, (so I'm told) but needed assistance due to scan reader playing up, seven different staff members needed so would have been more helpful if the tills were on , will give this a wide birth from now on

Shopped here for years, over the past few months slowly started to get noticeably worse, feels dirty and there's a disgusting smell coming from the freezer isles that's been there for weeks, poor quality fruit and veg if there's any at all, meat and fresh produce still on the shelves a day after expiry, bought meat then when I've got home realised that it goes out on the day, poor management and quality control, yet the prices keep climbing, think it's time to start paying more elsewhere for better quality all round.
