Thank you Katie for your help last night. I?d been to all the other supermarkets looking for strawberries coz my son has to have the same items in his pack for school and you were quick to check the back for any produce as the shelves were yet to be filled. I really appreciate you doing that.

Nice to see the management are happy with just 2 staff in the cafe , absolutely run off their feet doing their best with no assistance. Management should be helping out in some way

The ASDA is completely rubbish, I thought I bought 3 bottles of plant food but all were just water and they wouldn't refund it because they were open. I needed to open to see if there was water in them all and there was. So I've paid a ridiculous price for the bottles of water and got banned from going in by the tiny fat security guard with little man syndrome because I complained. The woman at kiosk and the tiny security guard need firing, there massively rude and unprofessional

This just happened to me, like 45 minutes ago.I have never been embarrassed like this before in any stores. I placed an other online order of £46.00 on the 27th of June and ready to pick up at Asda Swinton M27 4BR on Sunday 29th, on getting to the stores, I scan for collection. Machine told me to wait for a colleague. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went to the customer service till, and I was told if I got any other shopping to do within, I should go ahead, by the time I am done, my order will be waiting to pick up. I didn't plan on spending another £41.80 instore.
When I got back to the customer service till.
After been on the queue, the staff I met, explained to her I am here to pick up, she didn't check for it, just told me to go back yo the collection machine to enter or scan my order number again . I told her, I have already scan. She told me it's not on the scanner she is holding I have to go back. I went there, and another staff came and told me to give her my order number, she I called for her. She told me my order is already at the till. I went back to the lady at the till and told her she could have checked for my order, instead of 3 different staffs ordering me around. She told me off, saying she didn't see it, what do I want her to do about it. She cut me short and talking over me, the next thing, the security man came from his stand, and told me I don't have to be rude and shout , he won't listen to me, he took side immediately , and told me to take my order, and go and should never come back. This is a big humiliation of my life. I told him, I am a customer, I haven't steal anything, you didn't listen to me, you told me to go and never come back. I requested for the manager, I was ignored.i keep saying I need to speak to the manager, it took them a while before they could put a call to the manager, by the time the manager came, I have already breakdown crying, I can't talk because tears keep coming out of my eyes. I was on my right and and everything was turn around , and the security treated me like a thief. My name is bola.

The staff are lovely 10 out of 10 , but omg what has happened to the furniture & fittings ! Absolutely disgusting rips gone beyond rips & look like someone has slashed all the seating, tables need replacing & the light shades are terrible, thick with dust ! Sort it out asda ! Sure you have enough monies to have it looking & being great
