Went to have a drink & sandwich at Asda kitchen with friends, never again. Dirty plates to put cake on, one set of tongues to use for all cakes, no thought for allergies & have separate ones. The drinks station was so dirty with drip tray?s & surfaces swimming in days old coffee & milk, dirty cutlery. Dirty pots not collected off equally dirty tables. Not sure how many EHO star ratings they have maybe zero. ASDA you need to have some Food Hygiene training before customers are ill. The toilets need just as much hygiene attention. I would as a manager be ashamed to read this.

Refused to sell a redbull just because the shop was closing. Appalling rude staff. A short blonde haired late mid aged woman by the self check outs at around 16:45 refused to approve a redbull even though ID was shown. As a local, we regularly shop and this was just second hand embarrassment to experience.

Consistently lack essential items.There fresh veg section is sub teir, with either being bad quality, non existence or wrap in plastic for unknown reasons.Barely have any eggs.In my opinion is make the extra 5 minute walk to the next supermarket.

Staff accused my mum and 17 year old sister of stealing for no reason. They watched her scan all of the items (even approving one of them), and then proceeded to follow her out and ask to check in her bags. My mum asked why they were checking and they were adamant they wanted to check. My mum then asked ?are you accusing me of stealing? to which they proceed to tell her no. She didn?t have a receipt which one of the staff members said she can get it from a machine. So my mum asked them to get it, whilst the was still waiting outside. They went in to get the receipt and didn?t return back. Absolutely disgusting, harassing my mum and sister for absolutely no reason. Clearly have nothing better to do. Sort out your sad excuse of customer service. FYI, the exact same thing also happened or another lady at the same time.

I went to kiosk for my lottery. But staff was talking. She could see l was waiting, but she didn't bother. In the end l left..... NOT GOOD

Being going for over 4 years along with workmates. Sometimes they run out of my fav cornish pasties. The staff have aways been helpful. Clean and tidy. Easy self service.

You would think that they would order more of a certain product if the product you needed every day was never available on the shelves, you always have to approach a member of staff and ask them to look in the store room for it, And sometimes they will come back with it sometimes they don?t and sometimes they just say if it?s not on the shelves there is none, The Asda cat food is never on the shelves and it?s there own brand it?s got Asda tiger cat food on the box, But the Asda on wellington RD as always got it on the shelves, And it?s only 3/4. of a mile away ?
