I frequently shop at Asda Harpurhey, and it consistently meets my expectations. The store offers a wide range of products, from groceries to household items, all at competitive prices. It?s well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
The staff are friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with any queries. The self-checkout stations are efficient, and the store maintains a clean and tidy environment.
Additionally, the location is convenient, with ample parking available, making my shopping experience hassle-free.
Overall, Asda Harpurhey provides excellent value and service, and I highly recommend it for your shopping needs.

Avoid shopping there if you can.
Probably one of the worst Asda in the city, some former junior staff were extreme racist and physically abusive. Very impolite.
People begging by the store can be ignored.
But Good services and shopping experiences of a store are vital to customers , when staff at the very top is discriminative. the young and junior staff and security will follow.
The securities working behind the scene is disgusting, treating all customers like thieves. Often see customer has conflicts at the door. Police are not helpful.
Avoid shopping there.
Would you shop in a store with no respect for customers.?

Empty and under stocked,messy shelves, rude staff, customer service doesn?t note down complaints, but instead give you attitude that your the problem giving the complaint ,generally messy store , long queues for no reason other than no checkout staff

They need more staff on the cigarette and lottery counter.
The queue is ridiculous and the poor lady is run off her feet.

Store supposed to be open from 7am. Its 7:10, and its still closed. Lots of customers waiting outside. Probably staff still drunk as its Monday morning.

The toilet hasn't been working for a couple of months. People are leaving a lot of money in your store and you are unable to make conditions for customers!!!!

Disappointing at best is how to describe it. Shelves often so empty of the things you regularly need that you?d think it had been robbed the night before.
Usually just one member of staff on the self checkouts who doubles as a ?bag lady? and can?t keep up with the number of ?red light? tills.
Cigarette / Lottery kiosk that clearly doubles as the staff social club as often 3 staff in there, 1 on till, 2 stood around, all 3 gossiping oblivious to the queues building up.
It?s a shame as wasn?t always like this.

They have the most racist security team there, you can't shop without being intimidated & provoked if you're a black person. I have been trying to abide by what the security team is saying every time I shop there (they say I took something and stop me at the door and search me) but now I realise it was just my skin colour nothing else.
I pity the black guys who go through the same thing I do.
