The customer service desk is a joke. I actually left in tears after witnessing the staff members be rude and unprofessional to an old man who needed help with his phone. He had purchased the phone at Asda but didn?t understand how to use it. You could clearly see the man was confused and upset. The way the lady spoke to him was a disgrace. Then as he walked off she decided to slate him to customers waiting to pay and to her colleagues. Someone needs to seriously do a mystery shopper or undercover boss in here. They would be appalled at what they find. I found the man in the car park and helped him use his phone. He was so grateful. All he needed was someone to spend a little time and have patience with him

Hi guys ,do not come to this asda!They swore at me, they were unhelpful ,mean,I watched employes cuss, swear and shout at children under 9. Then this man couldn't mind his own business and started swearing at the rest of us we wanted him to leave us alone. I am 8 years old and don't want to come back here again.

The cafe staff swore and cussed at us, I am a under 16 child and my family members who are 7&8 year old children also got cussed at. Unwilling to help-aggressive in tone, unhelpful, dishonest, wrong food received awful experience.

Been to this store multiple times when I've been out & about visiting the surrounding area of an evening & always pop in for a shop. One time I was stuck in incredibly heavy traffic trying to get out (around an hour - seriously) & was charged with a Penalty Charge Notice. They've had much of my custom over the years, but not when I'm going to be charged £100 to park there. Not happy at all!!
