I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the pharmacist at ASDA Hulme this afternoon. After three visits in 3 weeks, she was still unable to provide me with my prescribed medicine! The repeated inconvenience was beyond disappointing, and I felt she lacked the organisation necessary for a professional in her role. Not only was I left without my required medication, but there seemed to be little urgency or responsibility taken for the continuous failure to resolve the issue. This kind of service is entirely unacceptable, and it has left me questioning the reliability and competence of the pharmacy team at ASDA Hulme!

I visited Asda and received a parking penalty without any fault of mine. The issue occurred because their camera system does not properly record multiple visits. If you enter and exit the parking area twice in one day, the camera may fail to register your first exit but will record your second exit. As a result, it wrongly appears that your car was parked for several hours continuously, and you may be fined.
If there is a gap of around four hours between your visits, the system assumes that your car was parked there for more than four hours, even though you left and returned later.
Unfortunately, Asda staff do not seem to care about such incorrect penalties. Instead of helping customers who face these unfair charges, they simply try to get rid of them. This shows that Asda does not value its customers or their shopping experience.

I always get a delivery from Asda Hulme.
Ordered 4 cases budweiser cans, instead I got 3 cases of 15 bottles and 1 case if cans.
I tried to sort out some some sort of compensation as I still got charged the same amount. The customer service lady on the phone was brilliant, but the customer service person via email was pretty unhelpful and can't do anything so its pretty disappointing ?

This has got to be the worst Asda in the chain. The manager is incompetent and they lie to you when they overcharge you and are sent to go check their prices. Their range is poor. Lidl for the win I?m afraid. Avoid these jokers in Hulme.

The manager was very aggressive and it was my 1st time shopping in thes site.
If I wasn't in a rush I will elevate thes so that she can be properly trained on there procedures and and properly serve customers.

Superstore so has good range of foods plus in spring/summer plants for garden. Cut flowers available plus clothes, toys, small amount of car and home maintenance items and small home furnishings. On two floors, lift and escalator available. If you are an early shopper don't always expect fresh items to be fully stocked minor issue if you want particular item but not if you will accept alternative! Staff mostly friendly.
Only real downside which I have seen and heard have a negative effect on some other customers are the beggers outside the store I don't understand why they are not moved.
Apart from that good store where you can get a wide variety of goods oh, should also say good scratch bakery, fresh Halal meat counter, pizza and sushi counters also available.

ASDA Hulme is a fantastic shopping destination, offering a vast array of products under one roof. Previously a 24-hour store, it remains a go-to for locals seeking convenience and variety. From groceries and fresh food to clothing, cosmetics, and household essentials, this superstore has it all. The ground floor houses food, cosmetics, and a pharmacy, while the upper level features clothing, furniture, kitchenware, and a delightful range of children?s toys.
The store?s spacious layout makes shopping a breeze, and the inclusion of an on-site McDonald?s is a bonus, especially for families, with ample seating for kids to enjoy a meal. The variety of products, from everyday necessities to specialty items, ensures you?ll rarely leave empty-handed. The pharmacy adds further convenience, catering to health and wellness needs.
ASDA Hulme?s extensive range, combined with its well-organised sections and family-friendly amenities, makes it a standout choice for shoppers. Whether you?re stocking up on groceries, refreshing your wardrobe, or picking up household goods, this store delivers on quality and accessibility. Highly recommended for a comprehensive shopping experience in Hulme.

Sick of the increase of prices everywhere but Asda in particular. The other day I hardly bought any junk food. I?d say 80% was fresh food (no meats) and it cost just under £130. Stop with the mass inflation especially considering the products are smaller in general as well. Asda used to be my choice for food but now I?m starting to think I should go to other supermarkets. You should be able to lower your food prices considering you have less staff in your stores at the counters.
There?s hardly any food in the packets, like 4 items in one box/ bag when it used to be 6+. At this point I should farm for food. It will be cheaper
