Only one person on till the other busy very busy time when I did though 1pm pleasant staff clothing very good sale on some items bought a few things didn't go upstairs for home stuff too tempting big shop lots of back to school stuff and shoes for work holidays an going out quite good men's section very good kids clothes at good prices easy to get too by bus plenty of parking other shops nearby b & q next nike m & so food an restaurants nearby too

Staff are very helpful and ship nice a and clean.
Reason I gave only 4 stars was two fold.
1. Their click and collect system is ridiculous where you have to wait a long time for staff to go to the other side of the shop to retrieve your items.
2. Stock levels of popular items always low.
Other then that shop staff are friendly and clean shop.
