Todays experience in Argos.
I was number order 118.
Was amazing to see number 121 served first, then 122 . 120. 119. Finally the first one on the screed- 118.
When asked the manager what is the logic behind it, she lies me in the face that this what she got told on her head set, when I actually saw her going to the room and fetching it from original shelf.
Not sure what she had against us....

I visited Argos today and unfortunately had another unpleasant experience with a staff member named Tracey. On previous visits, I?ve already raised a complaint about her unfriendly attitude, and today was no different. I tried to avoid being served by her, but she was the only person available at the counter, so I had no choice.
Once again, I found her to be rude, snappy, and condescending, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This kind of customer service is disappointing and not what I expect when shopping at Argos. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.

I bought a vacuumed cleaner however the suction power was not as strong as I thought.
I have went to return it a few days after and the staff refused eventhough its good as new and I've only tried it on for less then 15 minutes. There's a one year guarantee and a 30 days return policy and she told me this only the case if you have changed your mind without trying it which makes no sense at all. I've been a customer at Argos for a very long time and I'm very disappointed that they don't hold up to their own policy.

Busy due being weekend and children's school holidays. If you need to browse and shop go before noon. Parking tight and fort was busy.

Absolutely wonderful staff member, Sam. I did not realise the item I ordered would be so heavy. Sam was so helpful and patient and took my item to my car for me. Exemplary example of customer care. Thank you Sam.

Shocking customer service
They have no manners how to talk with customer because they are doing the customer service including manager. One of the lady on customer service she is laying for return policy. They refused the return items within 15 days with original packaging unused kids bike. arrogant staff working there including the manager. They have no idea how they run the store with arrogant and liar staff.
I take back same item in henton park Argos store without any arguments they just took back with receipt

Customer service zero as I buy something and when its quality is not the same and go back for the change item and staff you can't change and staff behaviour very bad even the manager is same they just need salary without doing anything

I'd rather travel 30 minutes out of the area than endure the adversity i experienced at this store again. I spent £700 on a VR and an add-on power pack. The VR interface wasn't locking in, causing the frame to come off. The manager forcefully fixed it without consent, and when challenged, displayed passive-aggressive behavior, insisting it was fixed and questioning our understanding of the return policy. We left without resolving the issue, feeling judged. Went to another store, got a refund as per policy, no hassle. The manager here seems unaware of the necessary policies for the role.
