Been going to this store since I was a young lad and as an older fella these days, the store is just as great as ever. I prefer to shop here rather than use some online mega shop like Amazon or Ebay, as I can get everything I want without worrying if a courier will deliver or not. The staff have always and are still superb and offer great customer service. Having the Argos Card is also helpful too if you want to make a big price purchase but would rather pay in instalments rather than a big chunk of money leave your account right away. The Argos Card is also far easier to apply for than something other finance companies offer as you don't need a drivers licence or passport for the Argos Card, which could make things easier, especially for the younger adult shoppers.

Went in today(2/5/25) around noon to exchange a broken headset for a new one as I had argos care plan, the member of staff (paris) was so helpful and fast in processing my exchange, even without me having the correct reciept for the headphones as I only had the care plan receipt, they found my purchase order back from october and i was able to swap the broken headset for a new one and purchase a new care plan all within 10 minutes of being in store, amazing and speedy service!
