In my experience, argos has got the most disgusting and disgraceful customer service: I bought an item for a substantial amount but when brought it back, they found a tear in the box and refused to give my money back.I felt robbed and mugged.Please avoid these horrible people - please take your custom to somewhere where it'll be valued.

I am not happy because on Yesterday I went to Sainsburys inside in the Argos store, I has having been pay 25 pounds with my cash for my Decathlon Gift Card, I have got receipt is already there but they say Delivery Order Note 2 contact but I can't hear them voice because I am hard of hearing (Born Deaf). I am waiting for my Decathlon Gift Card but they didn't give me a my Decathlon Gift Card so I have not received yet!

Don?t want to give a single star even very rude staff every time and they want to runs away and close the store 15-20 minutes before the closing time they don?t want to entertain you even you just want to collect the item.

Barely has anything in stock, have to end up going elsewhere to buy things. Staff are rude, went on Sunday and they were discussing their hatred for customers who come in 15mins prior to closing. Whilst customers were in ear shot.

It's only decent place to pick up your none Argos items, other than that they never have anything in stock and their excuse is that we are only small place, which is true but you may as well just go into town, they also don't order things in so its pointless

I went to Argos realty stressed because I had just moved to a new house and I didn?t have anything in my kitchen. That?s when Iman helped me out to a great extent. She showed me there was the best package, but it was only available at the arndale centre ?? só I had to go there forever in the rain but I am forever thankful for íman because now I have pots I can clean really easily ??????

IF ONLY I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!??? They cancelled my delivery without informing me. I had someone waiting in the house to collect it and they have other things to do.TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! ?TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ?I still haven't been refunded for my order.NOT HAPPY! ???Edit. Finally got my refund after six days.
