From start to finish, this was nothing but a professional experience. Dawn had a far better idea of the value of my property and persuaded me to go with that against my more cautious inclination. She was correct and the house sold on the first day of viewings for the full asking price. Would recommend ARC Homes to anyone needing a professional estate agent .

Arc homes were dealing with the sale of the property which I was purchasing, important to note as this means that we hadn?t instructed them ourselves. We dealt with Jordan when viewing and offering and Angela for all of the sales progression. They were always prompt, great at getting back to you, always helped gather any information that we needed and kept in regular contact with the whole chain to ensure everyone was always in the loop! I would use them again myself in the future!

We recently sold our property with Arc Homes and had an excellent experience. The agent promptly scheduled a visit just days after our enquiry, showing great flexibility by accommodating our busy work schedule, even meeting on a Saturday morning when other agencies couldn?t. The meeting was pleasant, and the photos were taken the same day.Despite some unforeseen delays in the sale process, Angela, who handled the sale progression, was a star. She maintained regular communication, reaching out almost every other day. Angela demonstrated exceptional commitment and professionalism by staying on top of both parties? solicitors and consistently following up.
