Took my name iPad to apple yesterday as there was parts of charger stuck in it and it woodnt charge they where amazing and took it out and where very good I wood recommend going there for if you have any problems no charge for doing it Manchester arndale centre

Service and professionalism is far from the standard of Apple Store. Asked about a watch strap, asked 3 different staffs and all can?t answer the question and ask me to find other staffs not so politely. Then the 4th staff check and tell me the size has no stock. Really disappointed with this Apple Store.

Where do I even begin? Five days after the release of my iPhone 16 Pro Max, I noticed a significant issue with the camera. I took it to the store, where they confirmed the problem and offered to repair the camera. Given that the device was brand new, I wasn?t comfortable with this option, as I?ve had similar issues in the past where repairs only worsened the situation and caused additional problems. I requested a replacement instead.
I asked to speak with a manager, and I have to say, her attitude was incredibly patronizing and unprofessional. She seemed uninterested in my concerns and was unsure whether the issue was related to hardware or software, despite it being an obvious hardware problem. To make matters worse, the device had even glitched and frozen while I was on holiday, leaving me stranded without a way to communicate. The manager claimed that a replacement would only be possible if I had paid for the phone upfront, not if I financed it?essentially suggesting that those who pay in full are entitled to more rights than those who finance.
After being refused a replacement under warranty, I contacted tech support, and after a few email exchanges, they agreed to make an exception and offered a replacement if I went into the store and spoke to Manager Nina Tuck. To my surprise, this was the same dismissive manager who had already refused to help me. Nevertheless, I returned to the store, only to be turned away again. This time, I was told there was no record of communication from tech support and that they had never been informed I needed to speak with the manager.
Despite having a clear email chain from tech support confirming this, the manager never bothered to come out and speak to me. It was incredibly frustrating, and it felt like my concerns were being completely ignored at every turn.
As a result of how I was treated and the immense amount of time wasted, I have now raised this as a formal complaint with their head office. I am currently waiting for a decision from their head office regarding this entire situation.

I would like to raise a big compliment to Gemma, I was impressed with her wonderful customer service, she was so lovely, very patient and kind towards me, she went above and beyond to make sure I received a direct replacement, when I returned to collect my phone I explained that I had issues contacting Belkin despite my screen protector being under warranty as well, Gemma made sure I left with a replacement screen protector on my phone and she had so kindly set up a Mac to update the new phone so I could transfer over my e-sim and data before handing in my damaged device. The rest of the staff were so polite as well, allowing me to stay longer to make sure I could restore my data on their wifi. I always feel welcome when entering this branch. Because of this positive experience I now have confidence to return and purchase the iMac I've had my eye on for some time!

Came in today to the Arndale Manchester branch and was very disappointed in their customer service. I just came in to get some help with my Macbook Pro battery, but the staff were dismissive and showed poor body language. I expected more from them.

IM VERY DISAPPOINT MY DAUGHTER AND PARTHER WENT TO APPLE SHOP TO BUY HER IPAD AND THEY WERE WAITING FOR 10 mint and they were next in line ,for a White lady to come after them and be served faster and whit big smiles they were only attended after he complain about the situation they felt that was discrimination
