Awful moody staff on the shop floor. One of them mumbled that he didn't get paid for what's he doing at Aldi. One of my autistic kids put a cushion on the floor, and he was complaining. It's dusty, and he can't sell the cushion. But Iv wiped the dust its look normal. I don't know why he is working there if he hates to work in Aldi so much. Staff at the tills are always nice. But the customer service is horrible.

went into Aldi Baguley store 0n Monday the 23/6/25 I went to self check out no body stood there single small bottle of Coca-Cola left by a young male member of staff came back and said to me I'm using that check out mate so unprofessional and rude Tuesday 24/6/25 followed a young female member of staff with a elderly lady into the store she stopped people walking in while she kissed and hugged that lady the same member of staff then walked in front as I was about to open the cabinet door taking a item out to purchase for her self very rude and unprofessional the staff need retraining on customer skills I have been in retail over 40yrs never treated customers like this

My husband is not English and he asked if he can buy one single drink. The guy stocking the shelves bit his head of saying no you can't open a crate of drinks
He never asked that a perfect coment would of to direct husband to the snack fridge . Very very rude tall skinny guy
