I think the store is good with decent range of produce. However I did have a couple of incidents where the security guard followed me. On one occasion I had a plastic bag in one hand which had few items from tesco in it. He followed me right around the shop then watched me bagging my items.
I'm a regular customer.
I don't like it when the aisles are blocked when staff are restocking the fridges in particular, as the aisle is very narrow and when it's busy, it's actually quite hard to move. They leave very little space for customers and don't move things out of the way when you're trying to get into a fridge either.
I've noticed the female staff in particular can be quite unfriendly. Staff aside though, the actual store itself is good.

Lovely new Aldi, clean environment and there a toilet available which is handy. I just wish there was a fresh bakery option like the aldi in town

This was once a five star review as I shop here once a week but recently the staff have been replaced by a rude staff who can?t even be bothered to talk to you the security follow you around like you are a thief. Security guard always on their mobile phones. This is now not a nice place to visit staff of all change from the hard-working staff. I only recognise two staff from my visit a month ago. The new staff are more interested in being rude to you and moaning when they?re pushing pallets past you nearly hitting your ankles. You should stock up at quieter times or have nightshift doing it not when the shop is full of people and you moan when they are trying to get their food.

I find that the quality of the food is on par with the bigger stores but just a little cheaper. I love looking at the gadgets in all the bays quite often I?ve come across gadgets that are really unusual but quite practical and useful.
