Disappointed by Poor Customer Service at Aldi (Visit on Saturday, 5th July at 9 PM)
I usually have a good experience shopping at Aldi, and the regular staff are always polite and helpful. However, during my visit on Saturday the 5th of July around 9 PM, I was met with very poor service.
When I got to the till, I was refused service and told that ?we don?t open the tills after 9 PM? ? supposedly a new rule. I questioned this, and it turned out to be false information. What made the situation worse is that the store manager was present while this was said, and she didn?t correct her staff. Only after I challenged it did she apologise, but by then the damage was done.
It?s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when we?re simply trying to do our shopping. If there was genuinely a policy change, it should be clearly displayed and communicated ? not made up on the spot or wrongly enforced. I also noticed that none of the regular staff members I usually see were there that evening, which might explain the lack of professionalism.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously because people should not be misinformed or treated dismissively when shopping, especially by staff backed by management who choose not to intervene.

Good selection of foods, good prices, can get a full shop cheaper, it is just another Aldi though, good for weekly deals, have to be quick if on offer. Cheapest Supermarket at present, prices slowly creeping up, but still cheaper, good stock.

I absolutely love Aldi. The prices here are excellent and is always well stocked.
The staff are friendly and happy to help should you need it.
I remember when this Aldi opened back in 2014. How the years fly by.
Also, it supplies all you need.
