Been coming here for many years ? honestly one of the best shisha venues around. It?s family friendly (which is rare for shisha places) and has a great mixed crowd with no rowdiness. The staff are professional, disciplined, and always checking up on you ? the service is genuinely exceptional. A lot of shisha places can feel awkward or uncomfortable for women, but not here. The team really makes the difference.

The shisha is always spot on and if its not the staff are always willing to make it better or change so you enjoy your shisha experience. The desserts are so yummy my fav is the nutella and strawberry waffle it is a must try? overall Al qaza is the go to place been coming here for absolutely years and defo would not change the spot for anything 10/10 for all.

Great spot to relax and hang out! The shisha is smooth with plenty of flavors to choose from. Their mojitos are really refreshing, with lots of unique options that make them stand out. Desserts are also a highlight?perfectly made and a nice way to end the evening. Definitely worth visiting if you?re looking for a chill atmosphere with good vibes.

Amazing shisha lounge! The shisha is very tasty with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The place has a stylish and elegant atmosphere, really beautifully decorated. Staff are super polite, serve you quickly, replace coals often, and are always happy to help. The desserts are delicious, prices are very affordable, and the whole experience makes you feel like a king.

Best shisha place in Manchester. The service from the staff is amazing and welcome you with a smile. Always get looked after and the staff always ask if everything is OK. Shisha flavours are always on point and last longer too. Fasial always engages in conversation with you and makes sure his customers are happy. I have been coming to Al Qaza for this reason and always recommend it to my friends and family. Great service and atmosphere always.

My absolute favorite sheesha spot!
No one can beat their White Magic sheesha ? it's hands down the best I've ever had. The owners are great people, always welcoming and hardworking. They're open 24/7, which is super convenient. Definitely a place worth supporting ? it's a solid family-run business that puts in the effort and delivers every time.

I absolutely love this place. I was completely new to Shisha and the staff were so friendly as soon I entered. They helped with Shisha flavours, techniques for smoking as well as anything else you need.
It?s always a friendly and lively atmosphere. Staff check up on you all the time and their hospitality is second to none.
Great sense of humour from all the staff and they kindly changed the flavour of my Shisha for free if it didn?t suit me.
I love coming here and the value for money and service can?t be compared to others.
Very private booths and as a woman I always feel so taken care of. No matter how busy it gets it?s still feels very private.
Interior is out of this world. If you haven?t been here then you?re definitely missing out. My friends and I refuse to come anywhere but here.

I had an awful experience at Al Qaza Shisha because of the manager (the one with the beard). He was shockingly disrespectful toward customers, speaking rudely and making no effort to address concerns in a polite way. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, his behavior made the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. A manager should be the example of good service, but this one completely failed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place until they change their approach to customer care.
